Biltong is fantastic - just like home. I generally like leaner cuts of meat and the store always obliges.

I am not alone in my like for Cronier Pierre. I managed to wrestle one bottle out of Baggies hands, as there has been a run on inventory. It’s definitely a wine I like to spend the night with.

These pre cut cubes certainly make my life easier by skipping the tedious task of cutting the beef myself. I cook them in stew and in rendang curry. They are succulent and tasty.
